Ingredients:
- 12 oz soft or silken tofu
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp cashews
Instructions:
- Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
