Ingredients:

  • 12 oz soft or silken tofu
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cashews

Instructions:

  1. Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
