• For nuts, garlic, mushrooms, hot peppers, eggs, dairy, etc, you can omit these ingredients from any recipes we send you. Our recipes either don't contain these ingredients or are easily adjusted.
Choose 4-6 when cooking for a family or if you want extra portions for lunches or to freeze.
