2 slices of pineapple
3 large celery stalks
3 sprigs of parsley
Rinse the celery and parsley.
Blend the ingredients adding some water.
Take 1 cup before having your breakfast and 1 cup in the evening.
If taken as breakfast add five almonds, 2 tablespoons of oats and blend well.
